Salacoa Creek Park

Notes: 32 RV Sites with 30 amp hookups, 25 Primitive Camp Sites with restrooms and shower facilities, Picnic pavillion ($25, 4 hours; $50 8 hours), spillway camping is open to scouts by calling the office at no charge.


McKinney Campground

Directions: From I-75 take exit 278 and turn east onto Glade Road. Continue for approximately 3 miles, then turn left onto King's Camp Road. After about a mile continue left at the fork and follow signs to the campground.

Notes: 150 Campsites (reserve online 3 days advance notice), showers and bathrooms available. Power hookups at sites.


Sweetwater

Directions: From I-75 take exit 290 and head east on Highway 20 toward Canton/Rome. After approximately 12 miles turn right onto Fields Chapel Road and follow for 2 miles into the campground.

Notes: 150 Campsites (reserve online 3 days advance notice), showers and bathrooms available. Power hookups at sites (opens March 21, 2014 and closes September 2, 2014. )
